  • Upcoming changes!

Here’s a heads up on a few improvements in our communication and support channels.

    Shozam! Forums

We are in the process of implementing forums on the following topics:

    - Feedback
    - Wish List
    - Testimonials
    - How To’s (user helping other users figure things out)
    - Themes
    - User generated galleries

    Shozam! Error Reporting

    - Ticket style submission of program errors

    Shozam! Blog

We are implementing a new blog which we will use moving forward. We’ll do our best in migrating the existing content from here to the new blog or the forums, as appropriate.

We would greatly appreciate it if you can hold off on any non-urgent postings until we have done the migration (hopefully next week). This will provide you with a better, more organized place for your comments, feedback and questions.

When creating the PayPal buttons in the Sell tab, I have many images that I have the same options, this future works great except that the Item# does not go to the PayPal description.
After I generate the Gallery the only information that is there is the item name and Item Price but not the Item ID

This future works great when you just do one image all information goes to the PayPal Button.

Is there a fix for this or do I need to add this info. to each photo?

      Thanks,

Good stuff…I’m in particular looking forward to the themes portion so that we may all get a chance at finding that “One” theme we really want the world to know us by.

Ted, we are aware of this PayPal issue and expect it to be resolved in a forthcoming release.

      Hi Team,
After creating images with paypal attached, is it possible not to have everytime you click the buy button the paypal page popup. This can be quite time consuming if customers are looking to buy lots of images from the site. Maybe having a cart that updates until you press checkout.

      Regards

1eye1vision, the behavior is controlled by PayPal; I don’t think there is a workaround for this. On the bright side, this behavior makes it less likely for your customers to abandon cart after adding an item and forgettting they have anything in the cart while they keep perusing your gallery…
