  • Shozam! Web site has been completely revamped
  • 7152 Change processing of images so it does not occur if original image files are not available
  • 6262 Fix display on screens set at 120 DPI
  • 6970 Fix stability issue when generating galleries with large number of large files
  • 6971 Better error reporting to automatically submit the error log
  • 7151 Message not shown if Custom txt field is left blank in watermarking
  • 6865 Better dialog pop-up text for Conversion of WGW 1.x to Shozam!
  • 7001 Step X (a.k.a. Step 7) --> New screen to provide easy access to help resources 
  • 7002 Step 6 --> Presets Tab --> Preset name has been changed
  • 7003 Step 5 --> Customize Tab --> Global defaults has now an underscore in the name so it gets listed at the top

The Blog should no longer be used for reporting errors. Generally it should not be used for asking questions either, except if intended to clarify something in the original post. We now have Forums and a Help Desk which should provide much better channels of communication, follow-up and resolution.

When submitting a technical support request, please also provide details on your computer configuration, and any steps performed on the computer which made it to fail or perform unexpectedly. We first need to replicate any errors before we can diagnose and provide a fix. If you have receive an error message, please detail what you did previously (what did you click on, etc.)

I believe that message comes when you try to install while a prior version is opened. When I closed the open copy, It installed fine.

Just discovered Web Gallery and Shozam this week. I immediately registered the Pro version.   What I have seen in the Shozam beta so far has been amazing. So many features and options in one application.

I look forward to being able to use the full program later this month.  Having used many album generators, Shozam is by far the most feature rich and well designed application I have seen in a very long time. Work flow is logical and very easy to grasp.  It is quite apparent that a lot of thought, logic and expertise went into this product.
