Two weeks ago, I purchased the express version of Shozam. Today, while compiling my albums, I realized I really wanted the advanced version, so I went into purchase the upgrade. Since the Advanced version is $50 more than the Express version, I figured that's what the upgrade would cost. But no. The upgrad would cost me $60 - a $10 dollar penalty for wanting to upgrade.

You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Further to all the above brilliant online services available I mostly use a product called SUPER which is absolutely free. It appears to convert from everything to everything with many detailed features. It also has a small footprint.

This is a false positive warning (Avast does not do a good job of detecting and is quick to pull the trigger). Do a search in the Forums for Avast and you will see more information related to this.

You can create your own FTP upload preset and upload unlimited gallery size to your own Web server. The preset available in the application is meant to be used for testing purposes or to try out and upload a small sample gallery.

I installed the beta Shozam without any problems. The interface was similar to the Wizard Pro, so it was easy to set up a new gallery. I pasted it into Front Page and published it to my server to see how it ran and upload and download times. That went relatively smoothly also. Now, everything seems to work except the slideshow displays a very small picture. Is this a part of the beta version to limit use or is there a problem? I liked Wizard Pro but I'm sure I will like this better.

Already recreated everything and an info page using the new beta and it all seems to work on mine with 20 albums and 1082 images.

Have not tried it on the video galleries yet.

I have noticed the error"DeleteFile failed; code 5. Access is denied." when trying to install a new version while an older version is still running in the background. If this was indeed hte case, you may want to relate this information as well to the technical team.
