I have problem with ftp connection.
Please help me and check if my ftp it is ok

Connection closed

or

Getting temporary file to upload ...
ERROR: The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for

You should have received a rdirect esponse from Helpdesk with the answer. For the benefit of others, I am posting that answer here as well:

I tested the settings you provided and I found that the login will only allow to see files on the server, not to write to the server. However, looking around on the files on your server I did find out that you have a folder which does allow you to write files using this login. That folder is:

web/romanianchurch-sandiego.com

So if you enter the string above in the Sub-directory field in Shozam, you should be able to Test connection succesfully.

I could not get the Test view to work because I do not know the domain name to which your FTP is linked to I tried using http://romanianchurch-sandiego.com but that showed a different site. I found it interesting that no matter what specific address I entered, it still shows the main Web page:

http://romanianchurch-sandiego.com/xxxxxxx.htm

... but that is besides the point. You are probably already aware of what and why. If not inquire with your Web host at what Web address can you see the files you upload to ftp://ftp38.bravehost.com/web/romanianchurch-sandiego.com.

"If you don't have a Web host yet, we recommend 1&1.com. We use them for our Web hosting and domain names. Click here find out more about 1&1 Web hosting. "

I changed my webhosting with www.1&1.com.

Everything it is OK less than TEST VIEW ... and I am not able to go to next step

I put like this:

ftp server: s242917143.onlinehome.us

sub-directory: shozam

web site: s242917143.onlinehome.us/shozan

it is ok? or not?

When I push test view buton I get just a message: "The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
