Verify you can receive emails from us
Add "shozam.com" and "komotion.com"domain to your email "safe list." After you submit a ticket, a confirmation email is sent to you right away, from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not see this email in your "inbox," check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folders.
Shozam orders are processed by RegNow, a Digital River company and the largest provider of electronic download services (EDS). They handle order information, transactions questions, download help, lost downloads and activation keys and CD orders and shipments.
