    I bought the product today. The activation sequence has not worked. I emailed them about 6 hours ago, and no response. Does anyone know what the turn around time has been for issuses. This seems like an easy fix, but am surprised that I have not heard from anyone yet. Hope it is not a sign of things...

The program normally self-activates but the process fails sometimes if the program cannot connect successfully to the activation server.     When I first posted I had no idea how hard over Komotion is on this license issue. It appears that to get the level of functionality expected of contemporary professional software, you must buy TWO licenses of Shozam. You will pay as much for Shozam as for a copy of Adobe Photoshop CS3. I doubt that...
