    Indeed, Shozam checks all files to determine which to process or re-process; so the filenames you see listed during the generate process may be misleading. You can check exactly which have been written again by looking in the gallery folder at the timestamp of the various files.

    Michele, Please note that if the timestamp shows the old date, the files do not get generated again. Note that in Step 6 the program PROCESSESS (analyzes) all files but then it GENERATES (writes the related image and HTML files in your gallery) only the needed ones. Regarding the UPLOAD putting all files...

    George, The program works as designed and reference in the help files . However, from a practical standpoint, typical use will still generate many files and some of them uneccessarily. Improvements to this feature have been in development for some time now and I expect the next program update to include...

    Colin, we have just updated the help files to better explain the program behavior related to generate/upload modified files only. You should be able to have a pretty fast generate/upload process if you just add images (with no changes which would affect all other files). GENERATE MODIFIED FILES ONLY...

    Roger, I am not sure what you mean by "images are rubish". Please submit a Ticket to Help Desk if the gallery uploaded through Shozam does not display correctly. The single known issue is related to Frontpage Server Extensions, which sometimes takes the liberty of modifying the HTML code during the upload...
