I think that this an issue that should have been resolved in Beta. I raised it before, but I think it needs to stay on the front burner. (I was debating whether or not to put this into Tips and Tricks: Themes...) In the Theme Editor the FontSizeUnit can be Pixels, Points, Picas, Millimeters, Centimeters...
