  • GENERATING AN ALBUM

    WHEN I DESIGN A NEW ALBUM WITH MANY PICTURES IT DOES NOT GENERATE OR UPLOID FOR PREVIE, WHY IS THAT? AND WHEN I TEST ANEW ALBUM WITH JUST FEW PICTURES IT DOES GENERATE AND UPLOID. DO WE HAVE A LIMIT OF THE SIZE OF THE FILES? HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS? THANK YOU

    I too have the newest beta version and after it is done generating the new photos. When I go to upload them and click on only upload the newest files it uploads every single one of them! I had web gallery pro and it did not do that if I clicked on only upload new files (or something like that) It is...

    Sounds like this is an issue related to using the right FTP settings. We have recently updated the help files explaining how to use those. Make sure you have correct settings from your Web host and then follow the instructions for what to enter in Shozam!. you may also tell your host what are the settings...
